What is the protocol for contributing code to travis-ci? I have a PR pending (since September) to add a reasonable feature (issues around which have been discussed here since October '18). There is no engagement in the process from anyone from Travis? I don’t mind really if you don’t want contribution, but at least engage with potential contributors to say so so that we don’t waste our time trying to give something that you don’t want.
