Trying to build against crystal-nightly, we put

```auto
crystal:
  - nightly
```

But we are met in the build log with:

```auto
E: Unable to locate package crystal-nightly
```

(Here’s the build log: [myst-lang/myst/jobs/488667904](https://travis-ci.org/myst-lang/myst/jobs/488667904#L397).)

Why is this?

For one thing, [nightly server](https://nightly.crystal-lang.org/apt) appears to be down. (Which is the server specified for the `nightly` builds.)

There is an issue from the past [https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/issues/5836](https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/issues/5836), but it has not been addressed.
