# Slack Notifications not working

We seem to have our slack notifications not working since around October 3, I’m trying to debug them, but with a brand new configuration set up I’m unable to get them to post to our channels. Wondering if maybe they’re broken right now?

It doesn’t work for us either. I also reset the configuration.

We submitted a support ticket, the response we got is:

> We are currently working on this and will let you know any information we have to share. More on this to come.

It would be nice for [https://www.traviscistatus.com/](https://www.traviscistatus.com/) to call this out. In the meantime, we added notifications via e-mail to the slack channels, while it’s not perfect, it at least gets us by for the interim.

[@Travis-CI-Staff](https://travis-ci.community/groups/travis-ci-staff) Could you at least answer once? There is no info on the status page either. I have not received an answer to my support request by email for days.
