We routinely get this error when using Docker on s390x:

```auto
Pulling ubuntu-cpp ...
ERROR: for ubuntu-cpp write /var/lib/docker/tmp/GetImageBlob681187112: no space left on device
write /var/lib/docker/tmp/GetImageBlob681187112: no space left on device
Error: `docker-compose --file /home/travis/build/apache/arrow/docker-compose.yml pull --ignore-pull-failures ubuntu-cpp` exited with a non-zero exit code 1, see the process log above.
Unfortunately it seems Travis has essentially abandoned support for non-x86. The issue you are seeing has been reported many times before and still isn’t resolved, e.g. [No space left on device for System Z](https://travis-ci.community/t/no-space-left-on-device-for-system-z/5954/18)
> [A check shows](https://travis-ci.com/github/native-api/test_travis/builds/190963069) that an s390x worker has 18G of space, [in accordance with documentation](https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/reference/overview/#virtualisation-environment-vs-operating-system).
