# Not getting the account verification email - Paid $15

Please check your email and confirm your account, before that you will have limited build functions. If you need to generate a new confirmation email, **[please resend your confirmation email](https://app.travis-ci.com/account/preferences)**.

Tried more than 20 times but still not receiving any email to verify my account. Checked my GHithub primary email and i have access to that email. Checked my commit email that is same as my primary email.. Very annoyed with the whole service..
