# No response from support for Open Source credits

We have been using travis-ci for years for [OMG® Systems Modeling Community · GitHub](http://github.com/systems-modeling). In the past, requests for additional open source credits have been handled quickly by travis support. However, for the second time, this no longer seems to be the case. I submitted a request on over a week ago, and I have not even received an automated response that a support ticket has been created. This is now impacting our ability to publish a release.

What is going on?

Same for [GitHub - OpenAPITools/openapi-generator: OpenAPI Generator allows generation of API client libraries (SDK generation), server stubs, documentation and configuration automatically given an OpenAPI Spec (v2, v3)](https://github.com/openAPITools/openapi-generator).

No response despite several emails requesting for more open source credits.
