Snapshots and releases should now work; e.g., [https://travis-ci.org/travis-ci/php-src-builder/builds/487542126](https://travis-ci.org/travis-ci/php-src-builder/builds/487542126)

The `master`/`nightly` needs work, including [https://github.com/pear/Console\_Getopt/pull/3](https://github.com/pear/Console_Getopt/pull/3). Maybe more, but we don’t know that yet.
