I have three github repos for R developing packages, but one of them will not link to travis-ci. If I click “Manage repositories on GitHub” from the travis account/repositories page and select one of my repos (the one I am working on today), I get the message: “We couldn’t find any active repositories you have access to.” I have been testing the package for years without any such issue.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?
