Last night, @banzaiman [added support for Erlang 21.3](https://travis-ci.community/t/erlang-21-3-support/2659) and I was able to successfully build with it. However, this morning, my builds have stopped working again because it can’t find the Erlang install. It appears the difference is last night it was downloading from S3 and this morning it’s downloading from Google Storage. I did check [Erlang 21.2 on Google Storage](https://storage.googleapis.com/travis-ci-language-archives/erlang/binaries/ubuntu/14.04/x86_64/erlang-21.2-nonroot.tar.bz2) and it works fine. ---

The archives still need to be manually sync’d every now and then. Sorry about that. 21.3 should work now. ---
