# Email address mentioned in privacy policy not reachable

Email can’t be delivered to the address mentioned in the [privacy policy](https://docs.travis-ci.com/legal/privacy-policy#vii-your-rights), [data@travis-ci.com](mailto:data@travis-ci.com). Is there an alternative way I can use to reach out to Travis CI to exercise my data erasure rights?
