If I set a tag it thinks that the tag is a branch and fails with:
Skipping a deployment with the releases provider because this branch is not permitted: 20200620213254
If I don’t set a flag it fails with:
Skipping a deployment with the releases provider because this is not a tagged commit

I ran over a hundred builds and none of them deployed. I do have a stash at the master branch

Did this service ever work or is this a new thing?
I used travis setup releases and I’m monitoring [travis-ci.org](http://travis-ci.org).

Can’t say anyhing without seeing a build showcasing the problem.
