Five days ago the [numpy builds on arm64](https://travis-ci.com/github/numpy/numpy/builds) started failing. This is also common to the scikit-learn builds and others. What changed? Here is the NumPy issue [numpy.linalg.LinAlgError: Eigenvalues did not converge on ARM64 builds · Issue #19411 · numpy/numpy · GitHub](https://github.com/numpy/numpy/issues/19411)

You can try to run the `lscpu` command, and see the result.

As a reference, here is the result of `lscpu` a month ago. You can compare your result with this.
