# An error occurred during installation: The operation has timed out

Hi guys,

I’m using TravisCI for the very first time, contributing to an Apache Project. I’ve got an error during build phases as shown here: [https://travis-ci.org/github/apache/avro/jobs/660406896](https://travis-ci.org/github/apache/avro/jobs/660406896)

I think that: there’s a problem with Travis infrastructure.

Would you please tell me how to troubleshoot the problem? Thank you in advance.
